Fruit Chiffon Pie


Fresh or frozen fruit, including raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and even canned crushed pineapple, can be used to make this light and airy pie. Freshly whipped cream, meringue, and the cooked fruit are combined to make a sweet sauce before being poured into the prepared crust. Serve chilled, topped with berries and a mint sprig.
