Ingredients:
- 8 oz chorizo sausage, casing removed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Break up the chorizo into crumbles and cook it in a skillet over medium-low heat until it turns brown
To the pan, add the minced garlic, diced onion, and diced jalapeno pepper
Make sure the vegetables are soft
