Ingredients:
- 1 boneless turkey breast about 2 pounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 360F 180C
To make a tasty paste, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl
Cover the turkey breast with the paste by rubbing it all over
Put the turkey breast in the air fryer basket so that the breast side is facing down
At 360F 180C, cook the turkey breast for 20 minutes
Turn the turkey breast over so the breast side is now facing up after 20 minutes
Put the chicken broth in the air fryer baskets bottom
Keep cooking at 360F 180C for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until the turkey breast reaches 165F 74C on the inside
Rest the turkey breast for five to ten minutes before cutting it up and serving it
