Ingredients:
- 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix diced pears and chopped pecans
Layer the bottom of serving glasses with a spoonful of caramel sauce
Add a layer of the pear and pecan mixture on top of the caramel
In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract
Mix well
Spoon the yogurt mixture over the pear and pecan layer in the glasses
