Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 cup cooked corn kernels

Instructions:
