Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can 14
- 5 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Dice the chicken breast and add it to the pan
Add pepper and salt
The chicken is done when its browned and no longer pink inside
Add small pieces of tomato with their juices and fresh spinach leaves
Heat the tomatoes and spinach until they are warm
Add spaghetti that has been cooked to the pan
Add everything to the bowl and mix it well
Put grated Parmesan cheese on top of the spaghetti mix
Toss it again to mix the cheese in
If you want, you can add fresh basil leaves as a garnish
Enjoy while hot
