Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk

- 1 banana, peeled and sliced

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Instructions:
In a blender, put the fresh strawberries, banana, coconut milk, almond milk, ground cinnamon, and honey if you want to use it
