Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
- 4-5 dried red chilies
- 3-4 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions:
Dice the chicken and put it in a bowl
Add cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
For 15 minutes, let it sit
Put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and honey in a different bowl
Mix them together and set them aside
Warm up the sesame oil in a big pan over medium-high heat
Cut up some ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes and add them
Stir-fry for one minute
Put the chicken that has been marinated in the pan and cook it until it is browned and done
Put dried red chilies and peanuts that havent been salted into the pan
Stir-fry for one to two more minutes
Add the sauce mix and mix it well to cover the chicken and peanuts
Add two to three more minutes of cooking time to make the sauce thicker
Before serving, top with sliced green onions
Hot rice should be served with it
